You truly have a gift for developing overall fitness and the possibilities for your success are endless!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY AND WE LOVE YOU!!!
How I feel about the gym and the all-around workout experience...basically it's the most important thing I currently have going on in my life. I've known Pat for roughly 12 years at this point and I've always been fascinated with his knowledge of fitness and personal wellness. Speaking from an individual standpoint, my overall physical appearance and health have been steadily transforming over the past 8 months or so and I couldn't be more pleased. It's still only the beginning and I plan to never stop my quest for complete wellness. Which means I will always be a member of the RedShed and will follow Pat wherever he travels.
I've made tremendous progress in my eyes and I still have plenty of work to do before I reach my goal. When I do reach that goal I plan to continue my training and take it to the next level and compete in a CrossFit competition. Before joining the gym, I've spent the last 8 or so years destroying my body with a poor diet, alcohol, and cigarettes. All that remains is the cigarettes, which WILL be departing my life come New Years.
The Shed is an incredible thing that does amazing things for all who take part. I'd like to thank Pat for all his hard work and dedication and for opening his door to his friends and those who desire the same things that I myself seek. He is a man of much talent and I and the rest of the APG crew wish him the best and will do all we can to make sure this cult continues forever. Merry Christmas!

Coach-
I have told you on numerous occasions that the RedShed has been the best thing to happen to my life, perhaps ever. Throughout my life, it has been a challenge for me to stick to some sort of routine, at least the positive ones. By seeing your drive and willingness for all of us to achieve our maximum potential, it makes me want to push myself and be the best athlete I can be. I know you have a busy schedule, but you still make the time to put what you love first and that tells a lot about a person. Not only have you made me stronger physically, but mentally as well. I feel I have grown into a better man. I anticipate moving forward with you and your business. Thank you and I hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas.

Happy Birthday Pat!
I just wanted to write you a note saying thanks for kicking my ass. I've been a "pro" athlete for years by tinkering around on my bike, but in less than six weeks you've begun to show me what it really feels like to train like a pro. I've already noticed a HUGE improvement in my overall strength and flexibility and I owe it all to you. I'm glad we hooked again after all these years. I look forward to our workouts because I know they're helping me get stronger, faster and more fit, but it's also great just to hang out with you. OK, I gotta go....... I'm getting all choked up!!
Thanks so much!

Pat is a man of few words and that gives him more character than most. The reason for this is because he has to say very little or even nothing at all to motivate a person to push themselves to the limit. I could speak for anyone that has ever worked out with him when I say that.
Over the past seven years or so, I have had a handful of people that I would workout with on a regular basis. I can’t really say I have had a complaint about any of them, but I can say no one has ever made me feel so good about myself to be in the gym. A few years ago I was fortunate enough to spend a few nights a week in Black Bear with Pat and that’s when I realized the difference between working out with your buddy and working out with someone who will make you realize your full potential.
At this point it is safe to say that I will not go back to traditional lifting and as long as I am living in the same state as you guys, I will train full time in the RedShed or where ever you guys are. I feel like I am in incredible shape and love every minute of my active life. I am more than excited to put my snowboard on and hit the trails all day because I know fatigue will be miles behind me. As Pat continues to turn us from men into machines I hope to find a sport or hobby that I can get myself into. That’s what I am longing for right now.
Another thing that I am very happy about is that thanks to Pat, I have worked through a shoulder injury. My shoulders are stronger than they have been in years and I am overwhelmed with joy to feel healthy throughout my entire body. For years I was in pain from time to time and thought I would never be able to do a heavy push press again, those days are over!
My health is important to me and I couldn’t be happier to be a part of the RedShed. I love Pat like a brother. Thanks for everything guys.
