A True Garage Gym Experience: Well, our "garage gym" has grown, and we moved out of the shed, and into some larger space. The garage gym experience, however, is something we strive to continue to create in our new environment. The main difference is that now we have heat, air conditioning, and bathrooms! When you train with us, leave your ego in the car and expect the unexpected!
History of The RedShed: The RedShed came to be in November 2007. It started out with some old rusted weights, a squat cage and a passion for CrossFit. With the dedication and devotion of just a handful of athletes, the RedShed became a fully functional CrossFit Garage Gym equipped with: Concept II Rowers, Kettlebells, Med Balls, Plyo Boxes, Rings, Pull-up Stations, Glute-Ham Developers, Bars and Bumpers. In May 2009, we were fortunate enough to find larger space, and we can accommodate groups of 5-7 athletes at a time.
